Job Description

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant your responsibilities involve:

• Driving implementation/Support of Oracle HCM Cloud application while collaborating with Global HR team to identify business requirements and providing technical solutioning.

• Running end to end techno functional project management, this includes documentation, business processes, configuration, design development and testing.

• Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and team members throughout project lifecycle, this includes managing and coordination of offshore team.

• Ensuring quick fixing of issues raised during the UAT and/or in support phase of the project to meet SLA's

• Develop and document testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing

• Conduct train-the-trainer or end-user training

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud application

• At least 2 implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud or tier 1 HCM products

• At least 1 year of experience in support project of any tier 1 HCM products

• Experience in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Performance/Goals, Recruiting, Learning, HR Helpdesk

• Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed

• Excellent verbal and written English communication, active listening and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
