Job Description
Job Description and Responsibility
  • As part of the development of the AP Learning strategy and operating model, provide qualitative and quantitative analyses that support the creation of executive-level deliverables and discussion documents.
  • Take on lead roles in AP-level strategic projects; be responsible for shaping the content development and delivery approach of the Global Curriculum program in Asia Pacific.
  • Take on project lead roles for Global Curriculum learning solution(s); demonstrate operational stewardship and build program knowledge, where possible.
  • Take an active role during program redesign efforts, actively support the facilitation of program content and utilize feedback from faculty and program participants to improve the program's overall effectiveness.
  • Manage vendor/contractor selection, support contract negotiations and ongoing relationships with external facilitators (i.e., former CXOs).

 

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR management, organizational psychology or a business-related discipline; relevant professional experience also includes human resources development in a global/regional professional services firm or MNC and relevant experience in learning solution design, management and delivery.

Functional experience:
4-5 years of experience in helping to design and execute the HR, talent, learning & development, leadership, organization and change programs for clients or internally in a professional services environment:
  • Experience in delivering workstreams or projects, and supporting change in a consulting or in–house environment;
  • Experience within one or more of the following areas: Organizational Design, Organization Culture Change, Strategic Change Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement;
  • Exposure to the development and delivery of complex learning programs;
  • Some experience facilitating programs in diverse environments (e.g., nationality, business unit, service line, seniority-level, etc.);
  • Experience utilizing instructional design principles and frameworks to assess learning needs, design learning programs and materials, and evaluate their effectiveness; and
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders at the regional level desirable, as well as a multi-cultural team.
