Job Profile -Senior Controller for GBS FIN China

Business controlling (60% of Job) - Main responsibilities:

Performance Controlling

Regular review on key reports, provide deviation alert to the organization

Together with technical partners drive root cause analysis on deviations and prepare remediation plan

Monitor implementation of remediation plan and evaluate results.

Cost controlling & Productivity Controlling

Provide cost transparency on adequate level in order to support decision making

Responsible for financial side of productivity management process incl. reliable forecast

Monitor deviations Budget vs. FC vs. Actuals

Planning

Drive budget/FC process together with technical partner

Establish sufficient financial planning model in order to cope with dynamic business environment

Ensure reliability of budget/FC and provide bridge analysis

Reporting

Ensure adequate transparency of business development according to business requirements using GBS standard reporting tools

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of the reports

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance of processes in own area of responsibility

Other ad hoc topics assigned by superior

Sales Commercial (40% of Job) - Main responsibilities:

Price and Cost calculation for each standard product of BLs/SLs under aligned cost calculation method and pricing strategy

Prepare rationality and bridge analysis (if required)

Support technical partners to secure orders from internal and external customers, handle commercial topics e.g. contract T&C, price calculation for particular project

Qualifications

You majored in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance

You solve problems proactively and are used to presenting problems with a solution.

You have at least 5 years of professional experience and have already gained experience in the operational business and/or big 4 or similar working experiences in the course of your previous career

You can demonstrate in-depth business knowledge as well as first-class presentation and communication skills. Ideally you have experience in financial modelling.

You convince with very high analytical competence, very high level of commitment, your focus on results, a confident manner and your assertiveness.

Your fluent Chinese and English skills - spoken and written knowledge - round off your profile.
