Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

1.Provide outstanding customer service to English speaking customer (largely from North America and Europe) through live chat, e-mail, and phone;
2.Follow standard operating procedures and quality assurance processes;
3.Present solid knowledge of our products and services to existing and potential customers;
4.Escalate customer inquiries and / or problems when required;
5.Provide English training based on the upgrade of the product;
6.Create and optimize the template & canned response.

Requirements:

1.Above one year working experience in customer service area;
2.Be familiar with Bitcoin will be a plus;
3.Native speaker is required;
4.Know Mandarin is a plus.
