As Senior Director, Client Relationships, you will be engaging the Client Relationships team in Asia Pacific to foster and develop trusted relationships than enable us all to accomplish some of Cerner’s most important work. The role is responsible for being an early adopter for all things that enable the team to apply strategic focus on client planning.  This includes coaching, training, driving accountability, and overall management of the team.  The role will focus on building on our existing trusted partnerships in Asia Pacific and the development of plans and skills to keep clients and associates engaged in continuous learning, development, and a drive to align our solutions to the client needs thus delivering client satisfaction.  We are looking for an experienced executive with high levels of energy, inspiration, collaboration and has proven results in driving vision and strategy, who can take the organisation to the next level and enable it for a future of continued growth and innovation.
 
The Senior Director, Client Relationships, will coach and manage a diverse team of highly experienced client accountable executives and will also develop and maintain working relationships with other Oracle Cerner executives in relevant lines of business that serve or may serve the region and our clients. In this context, this is a high-profile role to bring expertise in building relationships, devising integrated strategies, and connecting all segments of health care and consumer to lead Oracle Cerner’s next-level strategy in an exciting part of the world. This is a key leadership role in the APAC region, it is a key member of the APAC cabinet and is responsible for leading Oracle Cerner’s holistic client strategy.

Position can be based in either Syndey or Melbourne. 

 

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 14 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
    • 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting or demonstrated consulting capacity
    • At least 4 years total combined higher education or related work experience


Preferred Qualifications
 

  • Graduate degree in business, healthcare, government, organizational development, or related field
  • Experience leading dynamic working groups  
  • 2+ years of healthcare industry experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in or with federal agencies to advance enterprise-level strategies and initiatives
  • Experience building and managing client relationships
  • Experience fostering collaborative teams, communicating and managing accountability, attracting talent, and motivating staff, and supporting career growth for individuals
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior members of the team; experience in employee performance reviews


Expectations

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position
