The position is responsible for supporting Amazon Private Brand's worldwide quality program for product failure analysis including safety instance investigation. We are looking for a talented expert in quality or product design who has extensive experience in product defect analysis for a wide range of products.

Key job responsibilities
• Conduct failure analysis in conjunction with product manufacturer and 3rd party labs
• Review and track the failure analysis progress and provide the timely update during investigation
• Provide the finding and conclusion of the investigation and participate the joint review with independent investigator
• Create and present comprehensive failure analysis report
• Summarize the lessons learned (post-mortem) from failure analysis and provide to the upstream team owner for future product development input
• Conduct preventative review during the new product development
