Job Description
Amazon Global Selling is one of Amazon’s business units that helps businesses from anywhere in the world to launch a global business, reaching Amazon customers around the world and building international brands. Through Amazon Global Selling, sellers of different types and sizes can directly reach Amazon’s 300+ million worldwide active customer accounts, including 150 million+ Prime customers in overseas Amazon marketplaces; and millions of institutional buyers.

We are seeking a experienced, self-driven, and deadline-oriented marketing manager. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting growing business. In this role, you will be a key member of Amazon China Global Selling Field Marketing team, owning to build Field Marketing national strategy/priority with central marketing teams/PR, meanwhile lead to design country programs happening to the divisions. You will leverage the industry trends and Field government/association/Seller insights for Field Marketing strategy designing, regional program planning and execution. You will work closely with Field Marketing, central marketing teams/PR, business/sales teams and cross functions for program planning and execution to meet the pre-aligned goals. The ideal candidate is a self-driven marketer with proven record of filed marketing planning and strategy formulating. You should have a hands-on approach with field marketing planning and communication, and possess excellent project management skills.

His/her responsibilities include but not limited to:
1) Build Field Marketing national strategies and plans based on the division business direction and priorities. Interface directly and influence executives, business leaders and align with multiple business priorities across stakeholder groups.
2) Engage, influence and align key internal stakeholders to ensure excellent execution of regional marketing strategy and activities.
3) Drive leads acquisition (especially manufacture and brand acquisition) from strategic partner channels;
4) Build the Regional Alliance System with key partners incl. governments/service providers/associations.
5) Develop and execute regional marketing activities in close collaboration with regional team members.
6) Manage filed marketing budget, results tracking and analysis, and overall event timeline.
