Job Description

At Amazon, we're working to create the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and motivated leaders to help us deliver a great customer experience. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Amazon Private Brands (APB) Finance team supporting the supply chain, negotiations, and sustainability pillars across our WW Hardlines (HPB), Softlines (SPB) and Consumables (CPB) businesses. Our vision is to make every day better with the most trusted products on the planet.
The pace and growth of APB along with its unique business model make this an attractive role for a creative and analytical candidate who enjoys continuous learning and overcoming challenges. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys working with a diverse group of individuals, and has strong written and verbal communication skills. They also have a global mindset, a knack for long-term thinking, and support thoughtful decision-making in a rapidly-evolving and ambiguous environment.
Everyone on the team needs to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats, and work in a collaborative environment that’s more start-up than big company. Experience in this team opens up several career opportunities across the broader WW Stores Finance organization, including the ability to support different businesses, lead cross-functional programs, and support new initiatives.

Key job responsibilities
• Provide APB leadership support by publishing timely financial reporting, appendices and insights for Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, Pillar reviews, and Operational Planning docs
• Create meaningful reporting and analysis structure that will drive business improvements and help measure and identify Cost-out-Initiatives
• Recommend, develop and implement financial controllership tools to guide our business partners in achieving our growth and profitability goals
• Work with partner teams including category finance to deliver continuous improvements to worldwide planning and reporting processes
• Partner with the central Business Intelligence team to standardize and centralize key business performance metrics
• Translate multi-year financial plans into KPIs, reporting tools, and goals which can be used to diagnose trends and support business decisions
• Develop and drive roadmap of process improvements to improve accuracy and automate manual work

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
