Job Description

The Oracle Talent Advisory team focuses on hiring top talent internally and externally across lines of businesses in EMEA. We operate in a High Energy Sales Environment where we Embrace Different Opinions, Attitudes and Styles.

In order to support the growth of our business, we are seeking to hire an experienced Recruiter / Talent Advisor with solid Fintech experience, knowledge across Financial Services and Banking in order to support our Financial Services Global Business Unit across EMEA

What You’ll Do – The responsibilities are as follows

  • Partners with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Oracle's top talent in Sales, Consulting (technical and functional), pre-sale across EMEA from entry to director level.
  • Develops and implements recruitment/resourcing programs.
  • As an Oracle recruiter you will expedite recruitment and staffing needs via internal and external resources to ensure open positions are filled with high caliber talent to meet current and future needs.
  • Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle division(s).
  • May serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions.
  • Will interface with internet sourcing tools and Oracle's iRecruitment web tool.
  • Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role.

 

 

 

 

Required Skills/Experience

What You’ll Bring

 

·      Min 5 years experience recruiting hiring commercial and technical mid to senior level talents preferably within fintech. Experience within Financial Services / banking will also be considered

·      Demonstrated record of measurable success in a fast paced, high volume environment.

·      Experience with sourcing, targeting and recruiting top notch Oracle professionals.

·      Ability to target candidates and cold call recruit individuals at all levels.

·      Ideally combined experience within fast paced agency and corporate in house environments

Experience with targeting and recruiting top notch Oracle professionals. Ability to target candidates and cold call recruit individuals at all levels. Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic recruiting programs. Ability to travel. 5 years recruiting experience in a high technology or agency environment. BA/BS degree.
