• 5+ years of core development experience
• Solid front-end programming experience
• Working experience in HTML5, CSS3 , Websockets
• Knowledge of Angular/React/Vue, OOP in Vanilla Javascript
• Extensive backend programming experience in Python
• Working experience with microservices, control plane is a big plus
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, Perforce
• Knowledge of continuous integration and build systems such as Rundeck or TeamCity
• Working  in one or more of the following technology domains preferred: Data center operations, virtualization, data storage and protection
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts

• Responsible for software engineering practices and best practices for the full SDLC, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build  processes, testing, and operations
• Write and implement software solutions that integrate into different systems
• Develop internal tools for Cloud Operations
• Automate existing Operations workflows

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
