Are you an experienced banking and financial services/ capital markets lawyer? Are you looking to take the next step with your career in the in-house legal profession? We're looking for someone like this to:
• join the UBS Investment Bank Legal team supporting UBS's market leading Global Banking business across the ANZ region including advising on equity and debt capital markets, lending and M&A advisory transactions
• partner with our colleagues to give high quality legal and regulatory advice, including supporting a range of projects and transactions, and advising on developing areas of law and regulatory reform
• work within our supportive Legal team to develop your in-house legal expertise
• collaborate with colleagues within Legal and our businesses across the APAC region
• review and advise in relation to transaction structures and work with business, external advisors and other functions on transaction documentation, transaction management and execution
• provide legal and regulatory advice on regulatory developments and legal risk issues affecting UBS Investment Bank
