this role will directly drive renewal customer engagement on his/her pre-defined enterprise accounts whose subscription term will be due. The role will closely work with enterprise renewal sales, local partners to carry out necessary license review, auditing etc. to achieve his/her assigned individual renewal rate target. This position will primarily focus on the renewal enterprise accounts across China.

The ideal candidate need to possess 5-7 years’ experience in a similar license compliance role, gained at another vendor or partner. Experience preferably gained performing license reviews, audit and anti-piracy work in a similar software company.

What you’ll do

• Engage closely renewal sales team and partners to define the focused territory accounts which will be driven by Adobe’s software compliance efforts.

• Actively approach the accounts with a combination of negotiations, customer visits, joint efforts and software asset management exercises. Managing the customer license review through the whole renewal process and ensuring the customer successfully renew on time or true-up what they actually deploy beyond the license they owned.

• Support renewal sales/AE in driving the customer’s license acquisition among potential upsell area.

• Responsible for attaining the assigned individual and regional renewal target.
