Join our team now in the Controlling and Finance division as Compliance Senior Audit Manager - CF A CA Audit in Beijing/Shanghai.

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

·        Lead audit preparations to ensure that all risks and controls are identified

·        Represent CF A within Siemens, solidifying CF A as a trusted business advisor and help manage risks for the company

·        Review your team’s findings, providing feedback to ensure accurate reporting to the client

·        Ensure constant communication to the Engagement Director

·        Lead closing meetings with management, presenting findings, conclusions and recommended improvements

·        Provide constructive performance feedback to all team members after the engagement

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

·        Strong academic history, including a degree in business, law, international affairs or comparable from an accredited university

·        At least 8 years of professional experience within a global corporation, law firm, government agency or ‘Big Four’ business advisory practice

·        Strong desire and drive to develop into future key leadership roles

·        Strong preference towards candidates that have worked in an international business setting

·        General Project Management expertise in a complex global organization

·        Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

·        Related experience and knowledge in one or more of the following key areas of compliance preferred:

      - Foreign corrupt practices act

      - Healthcare regulatory compliance

      - False claims act or governmental contracting

      - Antitrust

      - Financial service

      - Export controls and customs

      - Environmental health & safety

·        Willing to commit to travel: 50% of the time
