We are looking for Senior Manager, Taskforce who will design & develop and lead the Task Force team to implement new initiatives / activities to boost/increase sales productivity for General Agency (GA) and Exchange from conceptual stage to reporting & tracking stage. Then transfer the projects to BAU by developing capability of GAD/AD/AT. Follow up and evaluate the projects until successfully transferred.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead task force team to develop annual plan and key initiatives to drive to the targeted performance and productivity of GA and Exchange channels

  • Lead task force team to implement the change projects successfully, with proper tracking and evaluation, influence and engage RHs and GADs to be involved in the change projects

  • Supervise the plan and execution of club & award activities of GAs and regions and make sure the budget are used properly to hit productivity KPI

  • Plan and help to run premier club activities for 2x2, MDRT and PAL nationwide

  • Set up and manage all guidelines/processes to ensure there are efficient workflows as well as cooperation among related stakeholders

  • Engage partnership team and Channel marketing team to create new formats of sales and recruitment activities such as lead generation, COP, sales seminars and transfer them to AD

Job Requirements

  • Education – University degree, Master degree is preferred

  • Experience – At least 7 years of experience in sales management, training, project management, preferably in insurance industry

  • Knowledge and experience of salesforce, channel marketing and operational structure of agency

  • Ability to generate new initiatives and innovative approaches 

  • Excellent presentation, communication, motivation and organizational skills

  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with senior managers within and outside the company
