 The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Fusion development team uses the latest Oracle OCI Cloud Middleware and Database technology to build new products as well as add new functionality to support the growing the Supply Chain Cloud.
 
 This is a great opportunity for anyone with Technical development , or Oracle DBA , or Cloud Operations background to work with multiple products across Fusion SCM product development teams as well as well as Fusion middleware , OCI architecture , Oracle Database and Oracle cloud operations team.
 
 This is a technical role that is dynamic and requires you to take responsibility of multiple technical areas of the Fusion SCM Cloud deployment, patching, cloud administration and life-cycle management activities. This position requires that you work effectively with numerous organizations within development, operations,strategy, support and consulting.
 
 We are looking to bring on-board an experienced resource with good background in development and/or SAAS cloud operations , Oracle RDBMS DBA,  Cloud Middleware technologies to help with our growing customer Cloud environments.
 
 The candidate will need to be able to work independently and mentor, guide other employees in the team. The experience candidate will need to have the prior experience of integrating with other teams within an organization in resolving problems.
 
 The candidate must have hands on expertise in both Database and Middleware technology stack  and be available to join any incident calls to represent SCM in issues triage.
 
 The ideal candidate would have the following skills:

   - Interpersonal and communication skills and proven track record in working effectively both in a global team environment ( both remote and localized) and independently.
   - Ability to co-ordinate and work with multiple teams including external customers and system implementer.

   - Ability to articulate the open issues and reporting status to senior management.
   - Ability to identify, prioritize and lead activities of a project team.
   - Ability to understand complex enterprise systems with skills to adapt and assimilate new technologies quickly.
   - Experience with Oracle Application Development Framework and related components.
   - Experience working with several Oracle fusion middleware components and tools will be a big plus.
 
 The following additional technical skills will be preferred:
   - Experience with enterprise system components, architecture and deployments.
   - Experience working with cloud  deployments and related technology is a plus.
   - Experience with enterprise system administration, configuration and maintenance.
   - Oracle RDBMS DBA skills will be a great plus.
   - Skills in performance analysis and tuning of enterprise applications.
   - Skils in debugging errors from system log files .
   - Skills in Linux/unix scripting languages.
    - Oracle SQL, PL/SQL , Java programming.

Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
