Job Description
- Lead Functional solution conversation, ownership of managing end-to-end conversations with multiple stakeholders across platform leads building confidence and trust. Manage client relationships with a high degree of variability.
- Deliver recurring reviews of client support metrics to project or organizational executive leadership, recommending impact strategies, on platform automation and deployment of build artefacts. Improve existing processes and practises.
- Manage complex client and associate matters, related to functional upliftment, optimise existing processes and practises.
- Lead, direct and review the team’s work to achieve operational or functional objectives with significant contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team, department, and organization
- Influence internal and customer stakeholder groups, drive acceptance of practices and procedures within broader area of responsibility.
- Identify, propose, and lead team and department process improvement initiatives; lead or influence strategic initiatives at the department-level and provide input on strategic initiatives for the organization
- Deliver consistent and timely guidance and feedback to encourage success and promote associate growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities
- Manage one or more teams of associates
This position is part of Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS) team and is responsible for a segment within a given practice focused on a specific industry, service line, technology centre, specialty area or region.
An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
