What You’ll Do                                                                                               

Be the vital piece of the puzzle that connects us to the millions of businesses that need our help to evolve. You will:

 

1. Participate in implementing our digital banking  solutions to customer’s sites
2. Lead  Team  and Interact with Bank  C- level excutive  and IT team for Technical proposal & product solution discssion.  
3. Analysis of customer’s requirements and fitment into the Banking solution provided by Oracle.
4. Strong interpersonal and client management skills
5. Develop programs as per specifications/requirements given by oracle/customer within planned schedule. He/she must use defined standards/tools/processes to achieve deliverable that meet quality expectations of oracle/client.
6. Document all work in accordance with agreed standards/processes applicable for oracle/customer.
7. Coordinate with offshore team for various technical deliverables including customizations and support teams for patches, fixes.
8. Developing programs as per specifications/requirements given by oracle/customer within planned schedule
9. Using defined standards/ tools/ processes to achieve deliverable that meet quality expectations of oracle/client.
10. Documenting all work in accordance with agreed standards/ processes applicable for  Oracle  / customer.
11. Adhere to defined Change Control Process of oracle/customer. Comply with Oracle /customer audit/ compliance requirements
12. Participate and support digital banking projects for clients across  Middle East , Africa , Europe region

 

Required Skills/Experience

• Good knowledge of Banking Processes, Domain and Practices.
• Should have minimum 4-12 years of experience in any Digital banking application (OBDx/Finacle/Temenos Infinity) – preferably Oracle Banking Digital Experience.
• Knowledge on Core Banking is a plus
• Prior end to end project implementation experience is desirable
• Must have experience in Requirement gathering, Gap Analysis, writing Use Case Documents and Functional Specification Documents and Test plan and test case preparation.
• Perform product configuration and parameterization independently
• Co-ordinate & collaborate with QA teams- SIT/UAT teams and provide necessary testing support
• Getting involved in analysis of incidents during UAT/SIT and identify root causes, document the feedback and communicate it accordingly for incident resolution
• Manage and execute functional testing
• Fluency in English and Arabic language  is a MUST
• Java development skills (essential skill)
• You have either previous experience in /knowledge of Web applications development or Mobile applications developemnt using Java & J2EE (important skills)
• Previous experience in SQL and PL/SQL development (essential skill)
• Knowledge in Oracle DataBase Systems (essential skill)
• Javascript, HTML, CSS (important skills)
• Previous experience in frontend web application development using any mainstream Javascript framework (AngularJS, KnockoutJS etc) and the MVVM pattern will be important skills
• High communication, team working, organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to understand customer’s requirements and convert those in high quality technical and functional specification documents
• Experience with REST APIs will be a plus
• You have a Bachelors degree in IT (BE/ M.Sc will be a plus)

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
