An Oracle Senior Principal WEBLOGIC & FMW Admin is expected to possess strong infrastructure and consulting skills and contribute to the infrastructure setup, installation, configuration and support.

Responsibilities\:

• Middleware environment administration (Install, configure, migrations, tuning, patching, administration & monitoring) on any middleware platform such as Oracle, IBM WebSphere etc.
• Ensure the effective daily operation of the production / Middleware applications and provides administrative support for new implementations, upgrades, and migrations
• Effective collaboration with infrastructure teams, application development teams, testing and release teams
• Identify and quickly escalate potential issues with solution design, packaged software, client resources, or anything else that impacts your ability to deliver according to expectations

Required Knowledge & skills\:

• A minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in Infrastructure installation, configuration and support with emphasis on Middleware Infrastructure
• Experience in provisioning and maintaining environments in any cloud platform like Oracle, Azure, AWS or Google
• Strong knowledge of Unix and experience in shell scripting
• Experience with Virtual Machine setup and migration
• Working knowledge of Docker Containers and Orchestration
• Working knowledge of Database Server products
• Team player with strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
• Strong consulting skills to work in a professional manner with customer IT and business users
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio

Desired Skills\:

• Experience administering WebLogic servers is desired
• Experience administering Oracle SOA Suite is desired
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Chef, Puppet is an advantage
• Experience in JavaScript, PERL, NODE.JS from an administration perspective
• Working knowledge of Storage and Networking from a Cloud platform perspective
• Exposure and Experience on WLST scripting is desired
