We are attracted to driven, strategic and seasoned Program/Product managers with cloud experience and a readiness to expand their impact across a division. We seek exceptional product leaders who will own end-to-end definition and creation of whole solutions – the technology and the best way to use it.


Your Mission

·       Work with customers and internal executives, architects and product teams.

  • Be the expert in knowing customers, market, competition, and the role Oracle products play.
  • Own solution definition – vision, roadmap, identify key capabilities, ecosystem facets.
  • Drive product strategy and direction that that translates into high value customer solutions.
  • Lead and influence product teams to invest and iterate on the right product capabilities.
  • Make business decisions to drive market adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to deliver high quality product collateral, influence packaging and positioning.
  • Launch new solutions by working closely with development, marketing, and sales organizations to maximize product adoption
  • Present to customers and partners.
  • 2 years of experience in defining and launching Cloud Services (V1 a plus).
  • 2 years of experience with datacenter scale infrastructure.
  • 2 years of enterprise technical or product management experience
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  • Flexibility and comfort with ambiguous product decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience building value propositions, messaging, and guidance for the field, partners, press, and analysts.
  • Experience with large scale databases (Enterprise or Cloud) – a Plus.
  • Extensive product-level experience with one or more\: virtualization, networking, and storage architectures a plus.
  • Product-level experience with business-critical apps, like ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM – a Plus.
  • Bachelor Degree, Masters or MBA preferred.

 

Your Background, Experience and Skills

  • 2 years of experience in defining and launching Cloud Services (V1 a plus).
  • 5 years of experience with datacenter scale infrastructure.
  • 4 years of enterprise technical or product management experience
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.

!|!Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
