Job Requirements

• Deep knowledge in electrical and mechanical products preferred in Energy Distribution
• More than 5 years working experience in the area of Quality Management
• Practical experience in audit process and assessment methods
• Has knowledge about defined quality methods, techniques and tools. Applies defined quality methods and shares practices. Support and lead others to apply with quality methods.
• Excellent English and Chinese knowledge in speaking and writing

Education

• University Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• 10 years working experience in related functions
• Management and Leadership experiences preferred

Job Description

• Lead small TEAM of Quality engineers
• Lead and participate in internal & external audits
• Review and adjust existing process instructions
• Ensures and implement quality related standards, guidelines and programs in a specific quality area,
• Train employees in a specific quality area.
• Lead and participate in FMEAs
• Analyze strengths and weaknesses of status quo and propose suggestions for improvements
• Participate in development projects as team member for Quality
