Amazon Private Label Quality Engineering Team is looking for a smart, energetic, hard-working, and creative team player to join our team. This is an exciting and challenging position that provides Quality & Product Development support in the Amazon Shenzhen office to ensure successful adherence with customer satisfaction and worldwide product and consumer safety requirements.

The position is responsible for supporting Amazon’s worldwide quality program. We are looking for a talented expert of Quality & Product Development who has direct experience with consumer product quality requirements & new product introduction to support our rapidly growing and evolving business.

Key responsibilities

· Ensure products continuously comply with Amazon’s quality, performance, reliability, as well as relevant safety and regulatory requirements worldwide
· Implement and apply Amazon.com quality systems throughout the product life cycle
· Facilitate Advanced Product Quality Planning as a framework and decision logic to define the development depth, resources, budget, and SLAs required to deliver the right product to our customers
· Drive the implementation and accuracy of Quality Metric Trend Detection and implement preventive measures in upstream product development activities
· Plan and supervise product benchmark testing for establishing product specifications and performance achievement criteria
· Develop usability questionnaires and support the set-up and guidance of usability test panels
· Continuously refine test methods and protocols with 3rd party testing agencies
· Monitor performance of 3rd party testing agencies
· Provide full visibility to internal stakeholders
· Develop best-in-class processes and systems, and drive continual improvement
· Drive scalable business solutions on product development and quality monitoring processes
· Work pro-actively with all stakeholders worldwide for product development, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
