What are my responsibilities?

·        Supplier quality management to finish-machining parts of compressor and steam turbine  压缩机、汽轮机精加工部件供应商质量管理

·        Quality inspection to finish-machining parts of compressor and steam turbine 压缩机、汽轮机产品精加工部件检验

·        Lead supplier quality defections root cause analysis and corrective actions, monitor supplier to optimize manufacturing process and procedure  组织对供应商产品质量缺陷分析及改进，帮助供应商优化加工工艺及流程;

·        Support supplier qualification and supplier development 参与供应商开发及供应商发展；

·        Prepare and review Quality Control Plan. 主导质量控制计划编制、审核

What do I need to qualify for this job?

·        Education background – bachelor degree or higher 大学本科或以上教育背景；

·        With knowledge of type and assembly process of Gear &Single-Shaft-Compressor and Steam-Turbine  了解齿轮压缩机、单轴压缩机、汽轮机的结构型式和装配过程；

·        Familiar with manufacturing procedure and detailed requirement of compressor and turbine  熟悉压缩机、汽轮机部件的制造工艺及精度要求;

·        With skills of site inspection to finish-machining parts 能实际进行精加工部件的检验操作；

·        Know-how of equipment &tool’s applicability and manufacturing procedure reasonability 了解制造过程中机床和刀具的适用性和制造工艺的合理性；

·        Skilled for analysis\judgement, good communication ability 良好的分析、判断能力，善于沟通；

·        Written and reading in English fluently 流利的英文读、写能力；

·        Min 80% travel required 80%以上出差；
