Technology& Cloud Platform Senior Sales Executive

 

Oracle’s Software Technology solutions are integrated from applications to disk and designed to address complex application and systems integration requirements across diverse enterprise environments. Now, we give you the role that can focus both on cloud services and license solutions\: Database Solutions - engineered for big data and the cloud - and our Middleware Solutions.

 

Now, we offer a unique opportunity to join our Software & Cloud Technology Sales team for Baltics supporting our continuous expansion of the business in Estonian market especially within Public Sector.

 

 

 RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES\:

 

·       Winning new license sales revenue in line with targets by focusing on the cloud solutions  

·       Driving sales of the complete  Oracle Technology Solutions set (Database, Middleware, Analytics and Big Data, Hybrid Infrastructure and Public IaaS and PaaS) by uncovering new opportunities  

·       Develop Cloud/Database/Middleware/BI/Big Data Sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships in a specific territory in Mozambique

·       Developing a strategy and sales plan to address the designated account coverage.

·       Defining appropriate Enterprise Sales Industry Value Propositions

·       Develop relationships and collaborate with our Partners , i.e. resellers, SI's, ISV's, technology partners and alliances to define, recommend, and drive sales

·       Develop and execute a sales plan that provides complete territory and sector specific coverage in order to achieve sales target

·       Win deals in a competitive environment to over achieve targets

·       Identifying and working with the appropriate people in Oracle and the Customer network

·       Developing, extending and maintaining relationships with the appropriate Oracle staff

·       Working with, and influencing the activities of Oracle Partners as appropriate

·       Maintaining an understanding of Oracle's strategic Cloud direction and interpreting its relevance to the industry sector

·       Maintaining an awareness of Oracle's current and future products and services, especially around  PaaS and IaaS offering

·       Research and communicate current industry trends, drivers and potential.

·       Create Value Propositions and communicate the benefits of these to the market

·       Build and maintain effective relationships with other Oracle LOBs (Applications, Sales Consultants, Marketing, Oracle Digital ...) to maximize revenue and  to ensure resources are made available as and when required

·       Operate in line with Oracle's business processes and procedures

·       Deliver and co-ordinate customer presentations and demonstrations

·       Attend to relevant industry/subject forums for competence building

 

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS\:

 

                    Self-starting, entrepreneurial, highly motivated, results oriented individual

                    5 years quota carrying IT sales position experience and account relationship management experience with public sector accounts in Estonia

                    Experience in handling both types of decision makers on the customer side (business and technical)

                    Cloud transformation experience IaaS/PaaS, technology driven business transformation and strategic outsourcing experience is a plus.

                    Successful sales targets achievements and strong desire to overachieve revenue goals

                    Track record of business/account plan development and execution.

                    Cross-unit team management experience - international team management is a plus.

                    Strong sales skills including business justification, negotiation and closing

                    Ability to operate in both hunting and farming models

                    Enthusiasm to learn new sales skills and technologies

                    Transparency and Assertiveness during sales process coordination

                    Strong influencing skills

                    University degree will be a strong plus.

                    Fluency in Estonian and English language

 

 

 




!|!Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to small-and-medium sized accounts. The role is a combination of a Field Sales Rep and Inside Sales Rep.

Works to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory. Territory may be combination of geographic, product, industry and other customer / market dimensions. Sells to the territory directly or via partners. The territory that this rep covers does not have an Inside Sales Rep or Field Rep. Utilizes inbound and/or outbound techniques to identify, qualify and close new opportunities. Manages accounts throughout the entire sales process, and collaborates with team members in business development, consulting and support to uncover all customer needs. Responsible for understanding Oracle's product offerings and competitive issues to develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Travels to customer sites to identify / develop sales opportunities. Participates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition. Onsite customer presentation with C-levels to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals. Liaises with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities and maximizing sales.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/ business skills in area of specialization. Failure to obtain results would have serious consequences and need expenditure of resources. May have project lead role. Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills. Successful sales track record. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player. Demonstrated ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills. Travels to customer as needed. 8 years relevant sales experience. BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.
