Job Title: Sr. STM
Location: Weifang,China
The senior STM is responsible for development, qualification and validation of final assembly and test processes to support the products in Mass Production at contract manufacturer sites. You will focused on accomplishing product objectives, you will collaborate in identifying appropriate tooling & test fixtures, trouble shooting material and process issues, and qualifying processes and tooling to assure successful introduction of new products into production. This position will cover both SMT process, final assembly&packing process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice on design & planning through DFM, Line balancing, as well as Process Yield, Capacity and Cost Modeling.
- Review and comment on Tooling Designs & Qualification
- Provide advice regarding copy lines from master line by NPI teams
-Provide advice regarding Process Qualification, Approval and Documentation
- Quality improvements
- Process and yield improvement
- Lean methodology application
