Job Title: Site Technical Manager
Location: Kunshan/Shanghai, China
The Role: The STM is responsible for development, qualification and validation of SMT and Final Assembly and Test processes to support Mass Production at contract manufacturer sites. He /She will participate as part of the Production Operations team, Focused on accomplishing product objectives, He will collaborate in identifying appropriate tooling & test fixtures, trouble shooting material and process issues, and qualifying processes and tooling to assure successful introduction of new products into production.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participation in design & planning through DFM, Line balancing , as well as Process Yield, Capacity and Cost Modeling for FATP.
- Main focus in FATP process, driving for continuous improvement from PVT to EOM
- Review and Approval of Tooling Designs & Qualification from PVT.
- Responsible for copy lines from master line by NPI teams
- Direction and oversight of Process Qualification, Approval and Documentation
- Drive for Continuous Process , Quality , and yield improvement
- work with SQM , DQM for any quality issue during production.
The Process Development Engineer is responsible for development, qualification and validation of final assembly and test processes to support Kindle products in Mass Production at contract manufacturer sites. You will participate as part of the Production Operations team, Focused on accomplishing product objectives, you will collaborate in identifying appropriate tooling & test fixtures, trouble shooting material and process issues, and qualifying processes and tooling to assure successful introduction of new products into production.
