The Recruiting team within OAL is responsible for the design, development and implementation of solutions for Recruiting, Onboarding and Human Resources (HR) business functions. These applications and solutions are critical to Oracle as they are used for Talent Acquisition processes and help built Oracle’s global work force.

Working as part of a new team to develop, implement and support new business applications for Recruiting, Onboarding and HR involving Fusion HCM and Taleo.

Working with product development to understand the best practice recommendations on application setups and processes, to resolve product issues, as well as any new functionality that may be needed.

Work with Oracle business end users on providing application solutions to meet the business process needs by implementation applications, developing application extensions, resolving production support issues.
