MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Market Planner is responsible to lead China TPM supply planning system and process set up, and drive on-going service, cost and cash excellence for both imported and local products.
Lead TPM lane set up and masterdata maintenance
Lead TPM planning process set up, and manage raw materials destruction
Lead demand forecast development and system upload
Lead global supply communication and China DC inventory management
Manage HKTW planning operation
Own forecast accuracy for on-going products and new initiative
Own finished product order fulfill rate and delivery on-time
Own China DC inventory and E&O
Lead monthly RCA and continuous improvement

THE COTY IDEAL FIT

Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in supply planning, with experience in TPM or manufacturing related work
2+ years’ experience in demand planning
Strong communication skill
Strong learning capability
Strong logical thinking, agility to find solutions
Good to manage work in high efficiency
Good English skill
Experience in FMCG or beauty industry preferred
