Job Description

Oracle is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a solid background in sales recruitment to join the team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing and driving the entire recruitment process mainly in sales and presales.

Responsibilities:

·       Create and execute recruiting strategies that identify, recruit and qualify highly talent.

·       Communicate job roles to candidates at all levels.

·       Trusted adviser to management on identification, selection and offer process.

·       Build solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.

·       Be proactive in networking, cold-calling, and “deep diving” into passive candidate networks throughout various markets.

·       Utilizes multiple sourcing techniques to identify top talent.

·       Lead the recruiting process from sourcing to final offer.

·       Manages metrics locally with understanding of global impact.

·       Collaborate with Finance, HR Business Partners and Staffing Effectiveness teams, and lead staffing portion of annual headcount planning and staffing resource planning processes.

·       Manage and influence complex partner relationships to ensure overall staffing objectives are met.

·       Ability to manage and deliver complex project.

·       Act as a functional point of contact for key stake holders.  


Required Skills/Experience:

·       Experience recruiting IT / Software Sales people with a heavy emphasis on research and recruitment

·       Strong knowledge of the IT industry and industry trends

·       Ability understand and communicate effectively on complex technologies

·       Track record of producing results in a highly complex environment

·       5+ years of recruitment experience in the IT Industry with 2-4 years hiring IT sales/delivery/consulting professionals

·       Some experience handling leadership hiring

·       Outstanding sales acumen working in a recruitment environment that is fast paced and always changing

·       Exceptional problem solving skills

·       Able to analyze job descriptions and build ideal candidate profile for filling the position

·       Understands pain points of the business partner with key stakeholders to formulate & execute hiring strategy.

·       Excellent oral, written and organizational skills

·       Understanding of impact to the business and metrics

Partners with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Oracle's top talent on a national basis. Develops and implements recruitment/resourcing programs.

As an Oracle recruiter you will expedite recruitment and staffing needs via internal and external resources to ensure open positions are filled with high caliber talent to meet current and future needs. Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle division(s). May serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions. Will interface with internet sourcing tools and Oracle's iRecruitment web tool.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Demonstrated record of measurable success in a fast paced, high volume environment. Experience with targeting and recruiting top notch Oracle professionals. Ability to target candidates and cold call recruit individuals at all levels. Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic recruiting programs. Ability to travel. 5 years recruiting experience in a high technology or agency environment. BA/BS degree.
