What You’ll Do – Be the vital piece of the puzzle that connects us to the millions of businesses that need our help to evolve.
As an Oracle recruiter you will manage the full recruitment process via internal and external resources to ensure our open positions are filled with the best talent in the industry to meet our current and future needs.
You will partners with senior management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Oracle's top talents across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
You will develop and implement comprehensive recruitment/resourcing programs.
Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle division(s).
May serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions.
Will interface with internet sourcing tools and Oracle's iRecruitment web tool.
You will manage at times a very high volume of requests (30 to 35+)
Required Skills/Experience
What You’ll Bring A real passion for recruiting !
3 years min recruiting experience ideally gained in both agency and corporate environment hiring commercial roles from entry level to director level across multiple countries.
You are University educated
Extensive sourcing and delivery skills
Demonstrated record of measurable success in a fast paced, high volume environment.
Outstanding time management and organisation skills
May have project lead role.
Experience with targeting and recruiting top notch Oracle professionals.
Ability to target candidates, cold call and effectively recruit individuals at all levels.
Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic recruiting programs.
Partners with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Oracle's top talent on a national basis. Develops and implements recruitment/resourcing programs.As an Oracle recruiter you will expedite recruitment and staffing needs via internal and external resources to ensure open positions are filled with high caliber talent to meet current and future needs. Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle division(s). May serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions. Will interface with internet sourcing tools and Oracle's iRecruitment web tool.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Demonstrated record of measurable success in a fast paced, high volume environment. Experience with targeting and recruiting top notch Oracle professionals. Ability to target candidates and cold call recruit individuals at all levels. Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic recruiting programs. Ability to travel. 5 years recruiting experience in a high technology or agency environment. BA/BS degree.
