About the team
You'll join the SuiteAnalytics team, whose mission is to enable our customers to understand their customers through data.
We are building a completely new business intelligence architecture and we need to ensure that it returns correct data quickly and in every moment. We'll enable our users to make data driven business decisions more effectively than ever!
Together, we'll challenge the status quo and come up with bright ideas to make this happen, while utilizing advanced business intelligence techniques such as big data and machine learning.
About you
- You want to learn and improve your hard skills and soft skills every single day.
- You are passionate about everything related to design, tech, etc. and you spend extra time outside of work exploring these subjects.
- You can use pen and paper to sketch concepts and you can use some design tools. We prefer Figma but if you like Sketch, Adobe CC or Axure you will be fine. You can always learn it right?
- You like to solve complex problems, requiring numerous iterations and shoulder to shoulder work with PMs and other UX designers.
- You are not afraid to present and sell your designs to the team and stakeholders in English.
What you will do
- Empathise, ideate, sketch, prototype, test and repeat. Sound familiar? That's right, we truly practice design thinking methodologies.
- Create features and designs which will provide excellent experiences for data experts and “causal” users. From helping them understand their data creating visualisations to optimising outcomes and reporting these data to their superiors.
- Help us define brand new experiences for our upcoming product.
- Work with a great international design team of seven, we have all the roles covered; a Researcher, a Visual Designer, a UX lead and Interaction Designers.

Your qualifications & skills
- Proven experience with working in the field of UX Design; experience with designing for business software is a plus.
- Online portfolio demonstrating your problem-solving ability using Design Thinking methodologies: problem analysis, personas, scenarios and user journeys, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, task-flows or other relevant design artifacts.
- A positive and resilient personality. You must have a desire for continuous improvement.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong negotiating skills and ability to deal with a different bunch of stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work with geographically distributed teams.
- Previous experience working with analytics, data visualization, dashboards is highly appreciated.
- Experience working in Agile Development methodology is a plus.

As a member of the User Experience team, you will develop and apply software design/usability processes in the investigation of technical problems. May develop user profiles, with emphasis on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation and task and objective analyses. Provide product usability, evaluation and support to product development teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems including tactile methods, visual graphics, web, multimedia, voice response and conversational user interaction. May assist in developing design concept and implementation, providing input on user design considerations. May produce specifications describing user needs and internal structures for product in development.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically four years of software engineering or related experience needed.
