Job Role - UX / UI Designer 
We are seeking an experienced UX / UI Designer to help us 
• Design high fidelity mockup screens as per usability guidelines
• Conduct Usability Review - Heuristics and Expert Review
• Conduct Usability Testing

Job Qualifications
• At least 7+ years Professional Experience as an interactive designer / user experience designer, designing user facing applications
• Experience with web and mobile design (iOS and/or Android)
• Should posses a strong sense of aesthetics to create a high-class visual language for the applications.
• The ability to quickly turn around detailed wireframes, mockups, or visual comps in an iterative environment.
• Proficiency with web standards and accessibility compliance.
• Strong visual portfolio with demonstrated examples of designing an application experience.
• Understanding of  CSS, HTML, JavaScript and other web technologies
• Experience in BFSI domain
• Experience assisting user research or usability studies is a plus

Job responsibilities 
• Continuously improve the design and drive implementation of existing applications
• Support product and development teams.
• Design and maintain tools and standards to help others design for our platform
• Drive the adoption of standard implementations of UI components
• Defining patterns and advocating for consistency without restricting innovation
• Contribute to design documentation, style guides, and specifications.

Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
