Job Description
Mission/Position Headline: Completes technical-oriented service tasks of various scopes and supports in planning and managing these tasks. Drive Service growth in assigned portfolio, support Regional Sales in selling defined service portfolio by identifying and developing customer opportunities. Areas o Responsibility: Maintain installed base, supports and drives Common Sales and Service Partners (proactively / reactively) by identifying and developing customer opportunities. Defines the service part of the customer strategy. Visits customers to support, consult and drive deals to closure. Coordinates technical development of offers, fully understands and negotiates them with customer. Validates pricing and examines ability to deliver. Accompanies projects during their execution phase to generate follow-up sales. Maintains for his line of duty a service related proposal pipe-line (e.g. within Siesales). Can be utilized as common source for all Siemens Sales Channels Management of selected service partners with significant potential and customer value add (managing outlets, marketing activites, etc.) Focus on defined portfolio baskets of CS/ selling service value through direct/indirect channels Actively supports management in service sales planning on account and opportunity level for defined service portfolio. Gaining market share across the entire portfolio Requirements: 2-3 years experience in sales or other type of marketing i.e. customer interfacing function with a successful proven track record // 2-3 years track record of technical oriented activities in service/ engineering and/ or commissioning 2-3 years experience in executing projects successfully, experience in field service, application & maintenance engineering is preferred. Bachelor's degree in related fields: Electrical - Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Electrical. Have good knowledge of automation & drive products: PLCs, HMIs, Inverter, servo,…etc Have knowledge of control systems, automation systems, SCADA systems,...etc. Having experience with Siemens’ products & solutions is an advantage.
