About The Job

Our Advanced Customer Service Organization (ACS) in Oracle Corporation is looking for a Senior Sales responsible to provide unmatched, tailored service that ensures that Customer’s technology investments deliver the cutting-edge innovation and performance their business requires to compete, all while coexisting within your IT environment.

As Senior Sales Manager, you will draw on customer-facing skills and technical acumen to help customers successfully modernize their existing infrastructure with solutions proposed to support their technology innovation and accelerate adoption of the latest SaaS applications and cloud platform technologies.

Your previous experience with account management, strategy development, enterprise, technology & managed services, and cloud infrastructure implementation will play a critical part in your day-to-day work driving success for our most important customers. You will utilize your relationship management, leadership skills, and technical background to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.

Your primary focus is to develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel assigned.

You'll regularly engage with diverse stakeholder groups, including executives of large enterprises, and a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team within Oracle to help gather requirements, scope engagements and service proposal offerings to accelerate the adoption of Oracle’s ACS.

Experience in crafting a managed services/outsourcing deals in IT operations will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunter role with focus on finding and developing deep relationships with your assigned/ targeted accounts developing new Services prospects on both Oracle Products & Cloud Deployment.
  • Focus on creating new logos and develop existing key accounts in close cooperation with Oracle’s internal stakeholders.
  • Entrench and build long-term customers and partners relationship with plan to develop them further into a managed services customer on Oracle products or Cloud.
  • Identify sales opportunities into well qualified pipeline for maximum conversion into closure generating order/revenue as per sales plans/targets.
  • Collaborate with Presales, SME & Delivery resources to capture customer requirements and develop a services proposal & Statements of Work (SOWs) for individual accounts.
  • Work in collaboration with Oracle’s LoB to jointly position Oracle Service offering/solution end-to-end with external Partners or Customers

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 8-10 years of enterprise sales and account management experience, interfacing with executive stakeholders, driving/managing/delivering IT technical implementations, transformation programs, or other initiatives.
  • Familiar in engagement and supporting Customer’s in their IT Digital Transformation development.
  • Experience in Customer’s IT Lifecycle Management and Strong in Identification & Mapping of IT Operational & Support Challenges to deliver a Value-Proposition.
  • Should have worked with in Hardware/ Network / Cloud, IT/Systems Integrators/Managed Services organizations in account management role.
  • Must have experience in working with Large Enterprise Environment

8-12 years of services sales experience. Able to work under tight deadlines. Self-starter able to prioritize given responsibilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. BS/BA preferred. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
