The Advanced customer Services (ACS) practice is a unit within the Oracle Customer Service Organization that establishes long-term relationships with many of Oracle's largest Spanish customers through annuity-based support contracts.
In order to grow the Oracle Advance Customer Services Business in Spain we are looking for an ACS Sales Representative based in Madrid that will work closely with our Sales Accounting and Delivery Teams.
Main objective will be to position new services and to sell proactive services into big and medium sized accounts.
Responsibilities\:
Being responsible for the sales of ACS services based in Madrid for a defined territory in Spain.
Work closing and build relationship with License Sales.
Being in charge of an existing ACS customer base in Spain.
Being responsible for the renewals of the existing contract base .
Ideal Profile\:
A professional with a technical Background (IT, Computer Science, FH-level) with postgraduate degree with good technical understanding (IT, Computer Science) .
Contacts at C-level with main customers in Spain,
Likes working in a structured sales approach, and has a proven sales record in the IT Industry.
Has solid Sales experience in Products or Services, preferably in another US Company or a renowned IT company.
Has a good ratio of result-to-target over the past 5 years.
Has an ambitious winner personality.
Ideally knows Oracle Products and Services.
Fluent in English.
Sells organization*s services (e.g., maintenance and service contracts); primarily finds new customers and generates new business. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.
8-12 years of services sales experience. Able to work under tight deadlines. Self-starter able to prioritize given responsibilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. BS/BA preferred. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
