The ACS Sales Representative, based in Turkey, will be part of a motivated, high - performing sales team. The selected candidate will have to drive sales energetically and assertively with a "hunting" attitude and network through the organization extensively. In addition, the selected candidate will significantly support her/his manager to strategically analyze and plan the sales initiatives in Turkey using creativity and ingenuity to get outstanding results and to promote "GROWTH
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Selling ACS services in the assigned territory
Developing a strategy and sales plan to address the designated territory / business sector
Works with appropriate Oracle Partners and with other Oracle Lines of Business (LOBs)
Maintaining an understanding of the market in order to identify and prioritize the key revenue opportunities
Supporting developing and promoting a territory specific to go market model and plan in line with EMEA model
Developing, maintaining and communicating a pipeline of future business that underwrites targets
Works as a member of an EE&CIS ACS Sales Team; has no direct reports, but leads or participates in the activities of virtual teams in support of sales opportunities
Reports to the Eastern Europe Cluster Director in EE&CIS Region
Supporting his manager in developing an overall Sales Plan for the ACS business in the assigned territory
Providing input to the Business Planning (budgets) process
Supporting and advice creating and maintaining compelling Value Propositions for Oracle ACS solutions in the designated region
Supporting developing and maintaining relationships with Partners
Providing accurate and timely sales information and bookings forecasts
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the specified territory
Ensuring all contractual agreements between Oracle and the Customer are implemented and maintained
Contributing towards Marketing program
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a sales experience in selling services or/and integration projects or/and software, applications with the ability to gain credibility with both business and IT users in the sales cycle
Must have account management skills and experience to manage his/her customers, opportunities, pipeline
Must possess the knowledge and depth to understand and address typical issues and questions of IT audiences
Demonstrated ability to work in a team - selling environment
Must be result oriented, with growth obsession for acquiring new customers and deals as "hunter"
Fluent in Turkish, English

8-12 years of services sales experience. Able to work under tight deadlines. Self-starter able to prioritize given responsibilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. BS/BA preferred. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
