LATAM Principal Siebel Consultant

 

Job Description:

This is a Hands-On position participating in heterogeneous teams where you will be able to apply your Siebel knowledge and project experience to deliver new and exciting solutions for the Telco Industry, and the possibility to complement your knowledge with other Oracle solutions.

 

Minimum qualifications:

• 13+ years’ experience in CX/CRM/Siebel Projects 
• Interacting with customer business users in understanding business requirements and suggesting solution approaches.
• Translating business requirements into Siebel solutions
• Product Configuration expertise designing, implementing, and presenting the solution to business users
• Experience Siebel configuration like signals, data maps, workflows etc.

           

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Telco industry projects

 

 

 

LATAM Siebel Consultant

Job Description:

Minimum qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience in CX/CRM/Siebel Projects 
• Translating business requirements into Siebel solution and development.
• Designing/development of integration interface using various Siebel provided platforms
• Experience Siebel configuration like signals, data maps, workflows etc.

                       

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge in Telco industry standards and frameworks 
• Product Configuration experience
• Experience/knowledge about Open UI (java scripts) toolset

 

 

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
