Responsibilities:
Organizes and controls the project operational procurement activities in the area of responsibility with the objective of achieving cost benefits, delivery reliability and customer satisfaction through the best possible operational procurement services as well as optimizing the processes and the use of resources.
- Buy the right material & service at the right time in the right quantity
and quality from qualified suppliers/ Make purchase orders based on project
purchase requests according to the existing agreements or quotation with the
supplier to ensure smooth material supply chain.
- Follow up all purchase orders delivery
date and take all necessary actions to push supplier o keep they promised
delivery date to meet project requirement.
- Maintains a network and cooperates with all involved stakeholder in the
respective processes.
Requirements:
• Demonstrates ownership culture
by initiative in developing plans, execution of those plans, focusing on
business results,
• Demonstrated operational procurement skills and familiar with SAP system.
• Strong written and verbal Communication skills
• Proofed ability to align with business partners and objectives as well as
collaborate cross-functionally
• Fluent in English
