What are my responsibilities?        

1. Hardware, network & Software Design for MES solutions;
2. Programming of MES core functionalities (HMI, Communication Interfaces, Production and Quality Planning, Quality Management, Production Execution and Tracking, Material Management and Transportation etc.);
3. Customization of MES solutions;
4. Commissioning of MES solutions;
5. Supervision and Training of customer personal;
6. Technical discussions with customers and suppliers;
7. Work close together with other team members, share the knowledge with others;
8. Improve/enhance/standardize the solution and the documentations.     

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• A minimum of 5 years experiences in systems design, software programming, and system integration. Experience in automation, IT business or business consulting is an advance;
• Good programming skill with SQL, PL/SQL, Java, MS Visual Studio.net like C# and C++;
• Deep knowledge of Oracle database;
• Good Knowledge of communication protocols like TCP-Socket and SQL*NET;
• Working experience in Industrial Plants (Paper, Minerals and Metals) is preferred;
• Familiar with the Siemens Industrial Software/Product is a plus.
• Fast learning and understanding are required;
• Strong ability to develop technical concepts and to transfer them into integrated application software;
• Good consulting skills such as listening and understanding of technical issues;
• Strong ability in convincing people;
• Mobility: short and long-term business trips within China and abroad;
• Strong team work spirit.
