1. As a Site Service Engineer, you will work in petrochemical and chemical plant based on project requirement.

2. This role will actively provide technical support for on-site installation, customer operation training, system commissioning and start-up.

3. You will provide technical presentations to an audience of customers and other industry peers.

4. You will also support troubleshooting and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development.

5. Furthermore, you will support cross-functional groups to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment, and act as an escalation point for project manager and other stakeholders.

6. To become a technical expert for complex Honeywell solutions/product offerings, and be responsible for the delivery of support services to customers respecting global standards and processes.

7. Establish good relationship with customer, finding opportunities and timely report to related people.

8. Coordinate and manage outsourced service provider to provide site service job, report progress timely, and develop the service strategy.

9. Create site service manual, operation manual and develop them per site experience.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in the major of Chemical Process, Chemical engineering or related.

2. More than 8 years of experience in Chemical Process, Chemical process equipment & piping, or chemical industry management.

3. Have the knowledge on instrument and control system will be preferred.

4. Good presentation skill and excellent communication skills to peers and customers.

5. Previous industry experience and technical/installation experience are preferred.

6. Previous customer operation training, system commissioning and start-up experience is preferred.

7. An expert to handle all kinds of issues happen onsite, long R&P site service and troubleshooting experience is preferred.

8. Previous customer service experience is preferred.

9. Excellent English writing and reading skills.
