We are looking for someone curious about illustrative communication, a keen business sense, social awareness, and a passion for crafting creative campaigns and content. As an Executive Content Writer, it will be your job to deliver creative campaign copy for our Cloud Engineering communication programmes. You will come up with campaign names, taglines, message houses, short copy for our digital channels – such as Slack - and for our promotional assets. Experience writing social media, advertising, digital marketing, and catchy video content is necessary for this role.
Your primary audience is Oracle’s Cloud Engineering organisation. You’ll be involved in campaign creation from an early stage with the Cloud Engineering SVP and other senior leaders. In this role, you will need to be proactive and able to balance multiple projects. You will have support from a creative services team and studio to ensure that your vision can come to life!

Conceptual Copywriting
- Seeing the bigger picture and having a creative approach to generate new concepts for copy/campaign content
- Writing & editing – for mailers, Slack, Social Media, internal websites, digital screens, etc.
- Scripting for a variety of video styles
- Writing that drives recollection and action
- End-to-end ownership of communication assets including sourcing draft concepts from internal teams in conjunction with creative
- Employee awareness communication
Key Responsibilities
- Writing compelling multi-touchpoint content that helps achieve campaign goals
- Ownership of copy for promotional campaign assets
- Producing advertising style short-form copy striven to drive action
- Consistently deliver high-impact work to clients on time and budget
- High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
Skills and Experience
- Experience as a long-form or ad copywriter alongside a creative director in an agency environment or media/journalism company
- Love and enthusiasm for storytelling
- Creative approach to generate on-brief messaging for campaigns
- Confirmed creative and promotional writing skills
- Track record of good teamwork; you should be a phenomenal teammate that is open to receiving feedback
- Flexible attitude and willingness to learn and address/solve challenges
- Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail
- Outside the box thinker who can translate ideas into copy
Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.
As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Ability to work with Executives. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic.
