As a member of the PaaS team in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, you will play an active role in the design, development
& trouble shooting of various Oracle's PaaS offerings. Work is non-routine, very complex, mission critical and requires
engineers with advanced technical & analytical skills. We are looking for individual contributors who are enthusiastic,
eager to learn & deliver and ready to work with an industry leading cloud solution, OCI.
Preferred Expertise\:
* Hands-on experience in Java, JDBC, JPA, SQL, JMS, XML, Python, HTTP and Web Services
* Strong analytical & problem solving skills
* Good communication skills
* B.S/M.S/B.Tech/M.Tech from a reputed college
* Strong computer science fundamentals
* Hands on experience with any Load Balancer S/w like Nginx will be a plus!|!
Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.
