We are the Analytics metadata life cycle management team, which focuses on analytics data modeling and metadata management for Oracle Analytics Cloud. Senior C/C Developer --
This is a senior C/C developer position. The developer will work on the data modeling application (Windows only), various utilities for metadata management, and Oracle Analytics server running in the Cloud.
The developer should

Responsibilities --
- Design and implement new functionalities for analytics metadata management modules (server and utilities) required by Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- Improve the existing functionalities for the data modeling application and analytics metadata management modules (server and utilities) for Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- Analyze the root cause of internal/external issues and solve them in the first place.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and wiki pages.
- Review and provide the feedback for code changes(implementation/bug fix) made by other developers.
Qualifications --
- BS/MS in computer science or other relevant technical degree
- 3 years demonstrated experience in application development using C/C
- Expertise with STL (Standard Template Library)
- Proficient with Database and SQL
- Experience with Gradle
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with multi-threaded programming
As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
