What you'll bring Core Skills

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related area or equivalent experience
• Working understanding of modern web applications from user interface to the database.
• Sound knowledge of algorithms, design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Experience with object oriented programming, preferably Java
• Experience with Javascript (TypeScript is a plus)
• Experience with  DB knowledge
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.

Your role

 

As a member of the Development team, you would be responsible to help build extraordinary user experiences by contributing to both our production and test code across multiple domains. A Software developer is responsible to design and develop software business applications, as well as develop and maintain current and future releases of the Oracle NetSuite family of software products. As a junior developer you will be taking the functional requirements gathered from the customers and transform them into a working solution and carry them through the multiple stages of the software development life cycle including identifying and developing enhancements to applications and product plans and implement their portability, design, write and execute unit tests, debug applications, and resolve a variety of technical issues.

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will use basic knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture.

Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. Gaining competence in own area and acquiring a higher level understanding of role, processes and procedures. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 0-2 years of previous software engineering or related experience.
