The candidate must be hands-on Technical Manager in a product development organization and a SME in any of the retail or corporate banking modules with sound technical and functional knowledge of the module. Should have overall 10 to 15 years of experience with at least 10 years of hands on product development experience and managing a team of developers. 

Job responsibility includes functional and technical analysis of complex issues and new product enhancements, debugging and independently providing solutions for complex issues reported on FLEXCUBE Product Releases and developing product enhancements.

Primary Skills\:

Must have hands-on product development and support experience in PLSQL, Java Scripts and Core Java on Oracle platform - Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Database. 

Must have experience in 

-       FLEXCUBE Application Architecture

-       Knowledge of Retail and Corporate Modules of FCUBS

-       Knowledge of INFRA components and ELCM

-       Knowledge of SOA suite, OBIEE/BIP, Oracle Database and other Oracle infrastructure components.

-       Managing a team size of 7 to 10 developers. Mentoring and guiding the team in product development and support. Must be able to assist the team in resolving complex issues and developing complex product enhancements.

Knowledge in Spring Boot Framework, Oracle JET, Angular JS will be an added advantage.

Candidates must able to guide and groom new members in the team on FCUBS. Candidates must have good problem-solving and analytical skills. Job would require candidates to be able to analyze business requirements, design and develop product enhancements.

Candidate should have strong process knowledge on product development life cycle and version control tools.

As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture.

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.!|!
