About the team 

You will join the CRM Sales Experience team. Our mission is to create a new, delightful experience for salespeople using our product, with the highest levels of security, reliability, efficiency and scalability.  

We are a multinational team having members of 12 countries! 

What you will do 

You will be working on a new CRM Sales solution that includes database schema, business logic and presentation layer (there is a buzzword for it – full-stack developer). You will use existing methods and best practices to develop new techniques as appropriate to create a new, delightful experience for salespeople using our product, with the highest levels of security, reliability, efficiency, and scalability. 

You will work closely with other development teams, product management and QA to define, design and implement a new product offering while ensuring the continued functionality of the existing CRM system.

Your qualifications & skills 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or relevant experience in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math 
• Intimate with working and understanding of modern web applications from database to browser 
• 2 years’ software development experience
• 2 years’ experience with Java or any other similar Object Oriented Programming language 
• Great understanding of SQL and extensive experience with database-driven application 
• Understanding of HTTP, Internet protocols, web browsers
• Knowledge of Design Patterns, Object Programming Paradigm and SOLID principles 
• Great problem-solving skills and ability to abstract functional requirements 
• Very good communication skills in English are required 
• Record of working to deadlines in a rapid development cycle and prioritizing competing demands 
• Work permit for Spain is required for this role 

 Nice to have 

• Agile (Scrum, SCRUMBan, Kanban, …) experience 
• Previous Software Design experience in at least one of the projects is an asset 
• Practical experience with managing and developing ERP systems is considered a strong asset \\
• Understanding of cloud-based distributed software applications 
• Practical experience in frontend or mobile development is an asset

!|!Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.
