Fusion Configurator Modeler

Oracle Configurator Engineering Team is looking for Modeler.

The Configurator Engineering organization maintains part of our ERP software product, specifically Fusion Oracle Configurator.
As a Modeler (Fusion model developer) in Configurator Engineering, you will be part of a team that is a collaborative, global organization consisting of developers and analysts with deep knowledge of ERP system.
You will be developing and maintaining Oracle Configurator models using CDL programming language.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
    * Develop and maintain Oracle Configurator models of company products
    * Set up model UI with regards to the contemporary UX trends
    * Perform unit testing
    * Perform bug fixing
    * Monitor product development and usage at all levels with an eye toward improving product quality
    * Work with support team on fixing possible issues

QUALIFICATIONS:
    * BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area 
    * Strong analytical skills
    * Basic programming / scripting skills and fluency in expressing concepts using pseudo code is a must
    * Ability to transform unstructured free form text into formal language
    * Fluent English
    * Proven people skills with an emphasis on teamwork
    * Detail oriented personality   
    * Ability to work in multi time zone environment
    * Ability to take personal responsibility

    * Ability to grasp new concepts quickly

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.
