About the Opportunity
We are seeking a driven sales and accounts growth representative with experience in consultative selling to promote Oracle Advertising’s value proposition across assigned business territories (split by market and vertical) in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Your primary KPI will be to grow revenue across our activation product suite (Audience and Context) by demonstrating how these solutions can solve business challenges.

The ideal candidate should be humble and persistent – with the drive, research skills and influencer identification abilities to establish relationships with key decision makers.

You thrive on a “hunting” mindset and find motivation in collaborating with other product sales teams, expanding the overall opportunity with your clients and ultimately achieving revenue goals.

Key responsibilities include:

A Solutions Consultant is responsible for developing client relationships that promote retention and loyalty to contribute and defend revenue. His/Her job is to work closely with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. Hence, this includes having a good knowledge of our products, the different Oracle Advertising UIs as well as our partners platforms to be able to provide technical and operational support to clients.

Continual day to day focus on providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Developing client relationships to a strategic level where Oracle Advertising is seen as an integral part across their online advertising activities. Work alongside Sales team to maximize and upsell activation product opportunities.

Report forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy and planning to Head of Business Development – HK, TW & KR.

Key Requirements

  • 1-2 years adtech platform / programmatic / digital media agency professional experience
  • Strong communications skills (verbal and written) in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and decision makers
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations to build strong relationships
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to QA own work
  • Tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion, and commitment
  • Enjoy learning new technologies and translating this into value for clients/prospects

As an Associate Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate Oracle product*s strengths, relative to competitors. Participate in the design, validation, and presentation of Oracle software solutions.

Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. 1 year experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools. Working knowledge of Windows or NT. UNIX knowledge a plus. Will provide supervision of manager or mentor. Bachelor degree or equivalent with 1 - 3 years prior business experience preferred.
