Job summary
Lead north China banking/insurance industry cloud business development, in line with the FSI digital transformation and innovation initiatives.

Key job responsibilities
· Drive meaningful new logos breakthrough in Banking/Insurance industry. Meet or exceed quarterly meaningful new logo target.
· Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, DC Services) & Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc).
· Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
· Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
· Maintain a robust sales pipeline & reporting.
· Work with partners to extend reach & drive cloud adoption.
· Manage contract negotiations.
· Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
· Develop account plan for key accounts and territory
· Expect moderate travel within the region (North China)

Frequent communication with banking/insurance customers, seeking digital transformation and innovation business compelling opportunities, mobilize internal alliance team and external partners to work out specific solutions to address customer needs.
