Oracle Enterprise Manager Data Warehouse is a new cloud native service, providing an opportunity for customers to move Enterprise Manager on-prem product data to Autonomous Data Warehouse in Oracle Cloud. This service will enable customers to organize data from multiple Enterprise Managers in one place and perform analytics on top of it.

 

About You

 

This opening is for a full stack lead software engineer in the Oracle Enterprise Manager Data Warehouse cloud service. You will work with a fast-growing, action-oriented team of software engineers, test automation engineers, product managers and UX designers to build out new service. As a team, we use Agile methodologies to self-organize and deliver value at a rapid pace.

 

Preferred Qualifications

- 7+ years’ experience as a Software Developer/Engineer within an enterprise product development team

- Proficient in Java/J2EE, SQL and other Distributed systems (Spark, Kafka etc.)

- Working experience in REST services, Maven, Terraform, Jenkins

- Experience in developing UI pages using modern JS libraries such as Angular, React, etc.

- Knowledge in Oracle Database

- Prior cloud devops exposure is a huge plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
