You must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically.

Responsibilities
You will lead a multiple teams and be responsible for a wide variety of services related to data center operations. Your team is responsible for building strong partnerships and working in tandem with internal teams like Finance, Internal Audit, Compliance, Procurement, Information Security, HR, and Recruiting to improve operations, compliance, budget management, development of org-wide policies and risk management. You will lead the financial rhythms of the business by coordinating the development of the annual operating plan, assisting in the forecast and capitalization process, conducting of financial analysis after month end close, and providing guidance to senior management. Your team operates in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment and requires the ability to influence the decisions of senior business leaders through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives.
You will be responsible for removing roadblocks for the team and determining direction, while defining and implementing processes to speed up and improve delivery of products and services in support of datacenter infrastructure globally. This can range from inventory control to audit and compliance, budget forecasting to vendor management and contract re-negotiation. This is a fast-paced position, requiring significant coordination and cooperation with a variety of teams including Networking, Compliance, Infrastructure Technology, and Facilities. Responsibilities Include\:
- Invest deeply in our people to grow their skills and professional acumen
- Identify key goals and focusing the team to deliver meaningful products and services that focus on critical business needs
- Develop budgets, roadmaps and project plans and identify cost savings opportunities
- Lead the team in deploying services under tight deadlines
- Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to remove obstacles
- You will dive deep into the details of internal teams to ensure proper financial controls, budget reconciliation, global headcount management, audit applications and workflows are documented.
- Lead the Operations team in all aspects of business rhythms, planning process, communications and analysis
- Lead monthly reviews of financial metrics received from Finance department, analyze variances, synthesize key business drivers, and communicate them to senior management.
- Improve and simplify processes, analytics, and drive global standardization
- Participate in and lead teams in ad hoc assignments related to continuous improvements, cost controls and automation
- Identify process risks, existing and proposed controls, and assess inherent and residual risks
- Perform operational deep dives on compliance and finance-related processes and systems
- Link business strategy to KPIs, roadmaps and goal setting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
- Minimum of 12 years of direct experience leading programs, projects and technical operations for a global team.
- 8 years managerial experience managing a team in technical operations in multi-national locations
- Exceptional analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis and problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams, dive deep into the details, and being able to communicate key metrics to senior management in a timely manner
- Ability to interact with software development engineers as well as business leaders.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders to agree on appropriate solutions.

- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience establishing processes and coordinating multiple teams to facilitate timely and accurate deliverables

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with, or leading a team focused on large-scale data center environment and working with enterprise server technologies are desired, it is not necessary for this role.
- Lead all aspects of installation and management of data a center environmental infrastructure, server/network infrastructure components, as well as asset tracking and management
- Advanced understanding of server architecture and related industry trends

Manage people for product development programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system through the design process, and into a finished state for external customers. Plan and direct resource schedules as well as project budgets. Monitor the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical matters. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the product/program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers. Interacts internally and externally with executive management, providing negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Functional expertise and broad company knowledge important. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development and product management. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area preferred. Eight or more years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
